So many things to do!

Whether you live in the area or are a first-time visitor, Cape Cod and nearby Boston have no shortage of fun activities, especially during the summer months. Here are some of our favorites!

Liam Maguire's

Located just 15 minutes from the venue, Liam Maguire’s has live Irish music and some of the best stuffed quahogs (Beth’s favorite!) and Irish pub grub in the area. We stop by every time we’re in town!

The Lobster Trap

For fresh Cape Cod seafood, look no further than this restaurant within walking distance of the venue. It also features a full fish market if you’re looking for seafood to go!

Landfall

Just steps away from the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute and the Martha’s Vineyard ferry, this waterfront restaurant has a wide variety of authentic seafood.

Sunset Grille at The Brookside Club

The wedding venue doubles as a full-service restaurant. Grab dinner or a drink and enjoy the spectacular sunset over the Cape Cod Canal.

Golf at Brookside

Our venue also overlooks a public golf course. Take in a few holes or practicing your swing at the golf course’s driving range. Watch out for foxes along the way!

The Ocean

Bourne is situated close to the open ocean, as well as many smaller coves and inlets. Take a stroll by the ocean or bike along the Shining Sea Bikeway.

Martha's Vineyard

If you want to get out on the open ocean, take a quick ferry ride to Martha’s Vineyard. Explore the local shops, restaurants and famous "gingerbread houses."

Boats

From kayak, canoe and sailboat rentals to whale watching excursions, you can take your pick of boating options on Cape Cod.

Harpoon Brewery

Venture to this German-style beer hall in Boston for a wide selection of local beers and fresh, homemade baked pretzels.

Chatam

Walk along Main Street in this "quaint drinking village with a fishing problem", check out Chatham Lighthouse and search for seals on South Beach.

Sam Adams Brewery

One of the original craft breweries, Sam Adams offers free tours complete with a few samples of its signature beers — and a lesson on the brewing process.
